Gluten Free Banana Nut Muffin






Recipe:

350 Fahrenheit 20-25 min

2 cups gluten free flour, I used brown rice flower
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/4 cup olive oil
1/4 Applesauce
2/4 cup granulated sweetener, I used raw sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
3 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup of optional chopped nuts, I used almonds
 



Mix dry ingredients together,
Mix wet ingredients together.
Fold wet ingredients into dry, make sure not to overmix!

Line 12 muffin tin with muffin liners fill and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake for 20-25 min, insert knife or toothpic to see if muffins are done.
